Electrometals (ASX Code EMM) is a world leader in the development and supply of electrowinning technology for the replacement and/or the enhancement of traditional Merrill Crowe silver production operations.

The Merrill Crowe process is still relatively widely used, particularly for projects where high silver to gold ratios prevent the use of carbon as a recovery technique. It is, however a complex, multistage system, which requires stringent process control and the purchase of expensive reagents.
